The context
PixelPrezs is a collection of generative art NFTs of Presidents. The first PixelPrezs President is Emmanuel Macron. More to come.
The problem
How to create, design, generate and mint a NFT project? How to identify and deliver NFTs to a target audience?
What I’ve done for PixelPrezs in 4 steps
1. Product Performance
Firstly, I have determined the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). This is very important to understand what a team wants to achieve. Once, you’ve identified the goals to reach, you can determine KPIs that will measure and track the progress and all the work I will achieve.
2. Product Discovery
Secondly, it was very important to understand correctly who the target audience is. A product is always a solution to one or several problems. It was necessary to talk with some customers in order to identify the the problems they may have. Also, it was a perfect way to learn how to reach and how to communicate with this target audience.
3. Product Management
After gathering lots of information about the goals, the customers, the problems and the current product, I was able to share some useful feedbacks about the product and the way we were going to reach the target audience. See below a list of things we did:
- Re-designing the NFTs to fit the market expectations
- Building a website that highlights these pixelated image type NFTs
- Implementing what was relevant to do in the web3 community: Discord, ENS, Roadmap, Twitter, etc.
4. Product Delivery
Then, when everything was ready, we start spreading the word about PixelPrezs using several ways: Discord, Twitter, IG, making partnerships, traditional medias with a PR guy, etc.
